Q: How can I find the exporters I want?

A: If you know the name of the exporter you are looking for, just type the company name into the “Company Search” box found on pages in the Export section and hit “Go”. Similarly, if you are looking for a particular product, type the name of the product in the “Product Search” box and hit “Go”; a list of companies exporting the product will come up.

Alternatively you can browse through the listings by industry category. Select the industry category you are interested in to find a list of exporters active in that category.

Q: How can I contact an exporter from your listings?

A: You can contact an exporter directly, using the contact information given under the company’s “Contact Us” page, or through the Customer Service department of thailand.com. In e-mails to Customer Service, please state clearly the name of the exporter you wish to contact and the nature of your enquiry.
